New Carbon Fiber Engine Parts (BMW and Ferrari)
Been busy wrapping some new engine parts for my 330Xi.
They now include Fuel Rail cover, ECU Cover + Cabin Air Filter Cover.
Currently working on exhaust manifold cover, seat surrounds and set backs as well as Ferrari 360 intakes. For the exhaust manifold cover, I'm going to tape over the big BMW logo and white slats so they remain visible after wrapping.... should look sweet!!! :excited:
I've included pictures of the finished parts; some installed. I'm going to install fuel rail cover after I finish the exhaust manifold cover. I've picked-up the seat backs to wrap and have on order the seat surrounds (pick-up Monday). Will post pictures of these parts as I start working on them.
Here's the pictures:
Ferrari Parts: The intakes are still VERY rough!! Have since done first sanding and trimmed excess cloth, resin, etc.... Will post new pictures tonight hopefully.....

Maybe I'm having a brain fart, but what is an exhaust manifold cover?
I know the S50/S54 have a header heatshield on them but they are metal. Pretty sure anything else is just going to melt.

See the exhaust manifold cover (or what is it's correct name?). The far left in the picture below with the white stripes and BMW lettering.... Going to be keeping the lettering and stripes in tact and wrap all the rest of the part....

Valve cover looks really good. I like how you left the center.
Think the M cover would be doable? It's slightly different in shape.
If so, I may be interested.

Hey Doogee;
Thanks. Actually, that was the wife's idea.... I just figured out how to do it.... LOL
It can defintely be done. The only question is how big those ridges are on the sides and whether I could catch every edge (that's why the molded ones are missing those ridges).... I would know for sure if I saw it, but almost certain I could catch those edges; just more work to mold.
PM me and we can discuss further.

Hey Parm;
additional height is about 1 - 1.2mm and the edges naturally feather so the appearance is flush. I've checked online and all the read diffusers are flush (no slats) for the M5. Yours the same? Also send a picture of what you'd like done and we can discuss. The entire diffuser, just centre section between pipes, etc....
