Seeking an Opinion (335i exhaust?)
Hello all,
Recently purchased a 2010 335i with M-Package. What a Delicious ride !!
I'd like to replace the manufactures exhaust with an aftermarket cat-back exhaust system. However, I'm unsure as what to get although I have been informed that the Borla Aggressive produces a pretty sweet sound.
Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendation's with respect to aftermarket exhaust system ?
I'm looking for a deep tone but not an annoying one.
Any feedback would be super awesome.
Rob.

I would go with the Active Autowerke or the eisenmann. Great quality mufflers with nice sound. Enjoy your new ride! I know i do mine.

I have personal experience with RennArt systems... fits on perfect, nice deep tone without the highway drone that plagues all the others. I suggest you do a lot more research on the net before making this decision if noise is an issue.

... if you want to loose power from stock.
(i've heard of dyno tests with power loss after installing an Eisenmann)

Thank all of you for the suggestions.
I heard some Youtube clips of the Eisenmann and it sounds sweet.
Not crazy about the power loss though I can't imagine it would be excessive.
I noticed no mention of Borla Aggressive !
Nonetheless, research it is. I got a couple of months before a final decision is made.
Thanks all and Merry Christmas.
Rob

agreed. they sound amazing, not annoyingly loud and i would be surprised if you could feel a difference in the power. unlikely.

I lost 5 hp and 10 ft-lbs installing a Dinan catback! Took that off quick.
