how do I get this Guy to.....

take my photo off of his site? And find out how the F*** he got it?

http://www.motoxcycle.com/customrigi...esforevos.html

I took pictures of my Fiances uncles custom bike which also made it into a magazine.

This is the ONLY place I even mentioned it.

http://www.maxbimmer.com/forums/show...ghlight=bobber

Not only has he taken my photo, which how the hell could he get? and also doesn't have permission from the bikes owner....This guy is passing off this bikes frame as his own Custom Frame! Which it most certainly is not.

I haven't posted any of the pictures I took ANYWHERE online, and the pictures I gave to my fiances uncle were after the fact.
WTF!!!!!!

Did he hack into my computer?

People years ago stole our furniture catalog from an authorized retailer of ours. A few months later we learned that they were using our catalog to sell knock-off furniture under our brand, they were also using the image on their website. One quick call from a lawyer and everything was corrected.

The ad isn't listing the bike for sale. He is using the picture for reference of the frame he is selling.

OP-I thought I heard/read that once you post a pic on the internet, it is not "yours" anymore. I could be wrong though. I know you say you didn't post it though.. so that is kinda weird. They must of got it somewhere. Maybe the place that did the article on your uncle hosted the images somewhere?

No, what i think happened was I sent my uncle that picture as a teaser. He posted it on a forum somewhere and the rest is history. Oh well.

It doesn't matter if its a listing to sell the bike. What he is claiming is that the frame he makes is the one in the picture when it is clear he did not make the frame in the picture. If he stated somewhere that it resembles or is like the one in the picture I wouldn't have a problem with it. It's just false advertising. It's like saying I'm selling my car and then posting a picture of Doogee's which closely resembles it, but isn't. (sedan and coupe difference aside. I couldn't think of a member with a black 4 door e36 )

I wasn't arguing the ethics behind it. I was simply replying to your comment which insinuated that he was selling the bike. Maybe I read it wrong.
