I'm surprised it has the super stiff springs that it runs... I was only planning to run about half that in mine

It still leans surprisingly a lot! Given 800lb springs in the rear, check the motion shot, and the wheel gap in the back.

The owner of this car is the guy who runs/owns the bmw2002faq website.
It's the best website for all things 2002.

Not sure about the spring rate questions, but KGB racing has a website and you could ask him about it there.
