Smg to Manual !

Hey guys, looking for some information on how to convert an M3 SMG to manual,
i can see on RealOEM that the bell housing is different , other than that I would need the following:

Clutch master/slave cylinder
Shift linkage ,bushings and clips
Clutch pedal assembly
Reprogram the ecu
Clutch hose

What else?

Anyone have a link or knows more information for this conversion ? I'am sure there is more to it than what I listed above.
