After sitting for 3 years, 2016 will be the year of the comeback! The plan is to run 3 of the Calabogie Platinum Challenge races.
Decided to go a different route with the brakes/axles, and upgraded everything to m3 parts. Also picked up a spare race LSD that I hope to re-gear to 3.73:1 ratio (the one I have now is 3.91):

Switched back from the e30 brake master cylinder to the e36 (bigger bore = stiffer pedal):
Replaced my bent mishimoto rad with a new/used fluidyne rad:

Next on the list is to get all the nozzles placed for the fire system, build a proper battery box, change all the fluids, redo the rad ducting, and a good nut and bolt check.
