LOL... sounds about right on parts... except I have spare rear rotors already

hold off on ordering though - need to scrounge up some pennies!
No worries ... was just saying what you SHOULD order.

That's DEFINITELY what i'm going to do. No more halfassing/neglecting axles/bearings.

Plus, my axles are identical, so I'll have 1 spare left I can bring to the track

I should probably order new studs while I'm at it too... been running on those for about 4 years now too.... ugh. so many consumables!!!

Lol ... true. Wish we had time to lean!

You should pull the trailing arms right off and give them a proper de-rusting and paint. And those calipers too ... shiver ...

LOL, meh.... even if I had nut and bolted the car, I never would have thought to check the axle nut... I guess I might have noticed if the wheel bearing was loose but I checked them all for play before the first race and they seemed fine!

Yeah, likely going to need caliper rebuild kits, if not a new caliper on that corner.

I'll have to pull the trailing arms anyway to press the new bearings in, so yup, they'll get a quick sand and paint (time dependant, of course).

How was the install? Were you able to get them in without pulling the coils? I've got a pair coming, heard that this is possible.

Yup, no need to pull coils. You basically compress the bag, plug it and shove it between the coils when they are at full droop. I accidentally installed the first one upside down so I had to take it out- that was annoying but also doable.

Thanks! Going to be a pricey fix, but it not much more than it would have been had done the maintenance ahead of time (thankfully).

Awesome, I can't wait. My 4Runner has plenty of power and brake to tow what I need but the springs are on the soft side.

No I'm in the GTA so I go to the tracks around here. But I've been to Tremblant a few times, still no Calabogie though - one day.
