Front side markers..bulbs burt the inside and popped?

I ordered thhis houseing and bulbs from ebay off a store 2 weeks ago and the front bulbs started to crack and melting onto the plastic in the housing?? is it because the bulb was cheap? im confused how it got so hot to do that?

Canadian Tire did better than these cheap chinese stealth bulbs...NO melting
