1997 Hellrot m3

I hate to see her go but it's time to move on.

1997 Hellrot 5spd.
Tons of mods which include

m50 manifold, carbonio carbon fiber cold air intake(filter in the brake duct), OBD1 throttle body boot(asc delete) and an Active Autowerks tune

Depo projector Euro headlights with 8000K HID's protected with Lamin-x from day one, yellow high beams, French fogs covered with smoked Lamin-x, Smoked corners and side markers, OEM BMW white and red taillights, LED no error license plate lights\

15% tint all around, real 19" BBS CH's wrapped in Continental Contisport 235/35/19 all around, Velocity splitters, Blacked out Grilles

Black Vaders(driver's left side bolster wear), 3 spoke steering wheel, 7" Alpine flip out DVD deck with kill switch, 8" Rockford Frostgate Sub with Amp, 18 button OBC

Tokico blue rear shocks, "Repair Shop" rear schock mounts, H&R sport springs all around, Sparco front strut brace, X-brace, front M-sport zinc plated cross drilled slotted rotors with Hawk Pads and stainless steel lines(changed 1000km ago) the rears are still oem still good hence why i didnt change them (i will include stainless steel brake lines for the rear as well)

Diff fluid flush, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, engine oil changed every 5000km with 5-40 Lubro Moly full synthetic, new starter, rear shock mounts, Beisan Systems vanos seals, upper chain guide, engine mounts, spark plugs

Stored during winter and starts up every spring with absolutely no hesitation. There's no traction(deleted) there's no cruise control(deleted) but all this will go with the new buyer, also have a thermostat, aluminum thermostat housing and a jug of bmw coolant that'll go with the car too. It has a low beam failure due to the HID kit, just passed e-test with flying colors a week ago, car is detailed yearly, and wax is applied every 1-2 months along with leather conditioner

There's probably a bunch of other stuff I forgot

i haven't had any actual interest in the car
is the price too high? or is it just because it's the end of the season?

also car is going in storage nov 4th, will be up for sale after winter once again, maybe more luck then

more than likely because its the end of the year. now and through winter is a pretty hard to sell your car.
put it away and pull it out in spring.

I'm guessing this has never seen salt?

Totally hot. Just curious, what's the point of deleting the cruise control?

1994 BMW 325i - sold
1992 BMW 325i - gone

It's not the problem with your car, it's the problem with "damn, I wish I have money"

Beautiful classic. With regards to your question...As always, the market dictates the price. The ACTUAL VALUE of a car is what someone is willing to pay for it, at any time...Not what someone who has no money says it is worth. You can have people tell you, "wow that's a great price" even if it sits for 12 months. If it's a great price (and you've advertised it accordingly in different venues), then why hasn't anyone bought it? So, in the winter time, demand is lower, so the value would go down as well. I buy most of my cars in fall when people are trying to dump their cars before the winter. Once winter comes, it'll be harder to sell that same car for the same price, especially if you had no bites when it was still fall. Don't let people on forums tell you if the price is too high or too low. You can make that judgment by yourself based on the actual interest you get in the car. It will be really easy to fall into the trap of emotional and sentimental value as what I have seen here on Maxbimmer for years.

Having said that, if I had the money, I'd buy your car in a heartbeat!

Good luck man!
