WTB: 17" Winter Wheels for E46 330ci

I need a set of 17" wheels for winter tires that will fit my '01 330ci.

Can be steelies, aluminum wheels, whatever... let me know what you have!

I heard you're not supposed to use 17" steelies on BMW. Something about the steel not being able to dissipate the heat from the rotors properly...

Seems that BMW sells them. 36116750254 STEEL RIM SILVER - 7JX17 ET:47
Does that mean I am going to die if I ever have to put on my emergency spare?

I have never heard that. These silver color 17" steel wheels with the small centre caps are sold by BMW dealers for the E46 330 cars.

They are for the E46 cars. Only E36 M3 cars need 17" wheels to clear the brakes. All other E36 cars come with either 16" or 15" wheels as standard equipment.
