But seriously, how can anyone make an offer on a car that we dont know;
milage, condition (run and drive?), title (clean, salvage, irreparable??)

Ture true, I agree, but if you are interested I can arrange for seeing it. Its clean title, as no accident history has on the car and definite not a salvage car.
