Well I agree with Randy... stop with the generalizations... i'm not a racist, i don't profile or stereotype,, but SARS DID COME FROM CHINA, and the majority of cases seem to be amongst the CHINESE community so staying away from Pacific Mall isn't sucha bad idea... for now.

FYI:

first case of SARS was discovered in Vietnam in Feb. NOT from HongKong.
If you're not exposed in front of the Sars carrier, you won't get the virus. Although we have to be careful of it, but we dun have to be too paranoid.

I still eat chinese food all the time.

Pmall is still opened, but I ain't going there. Not because of Sars, but the terrible traffic.

i have to agree don't put it down to asians..hey I'm east indian and hope never to experiance the kind of racism I did on the early 70's - some of you probably weren't even around then...anyway the WHO think they have found the person that it originated from and he is cured! So it seems that God forbid that you get you can be cured...I think it's better contained now that people are aware!

I've never been to PAC Mall? Is it a good place to get cheap stuff?
