Thought about that too- I'm not getting death threats tho- just swearing and non-stop jibberish text to landline messages....

Fortunately the police seem to actually care when one experiances death threats....

The phone company can block calls from the number calling you but will not disclose details to you unless they get a warrant!
Therefore ask them to Block the number from calling you and call them right after he calls you!

I would try calling them from another number to try and get something out of them.

once you find out who...block the number and post up a free washer dryer on kijiji. remember the person is a night hawk so call late!

edit:have you tried searching facebook? if the person has their cell listed(As many do) and they havent unchecked the box to block that info you may find out who it is.

most people i know have the number listed like : 1234567890 (no spaces or dashes)

Tried the facebook search but no-go unfortunately. I sent the number a sms today letting them know I have contacted the police (which I have).....

I got about 21 calls from (8-8:30am) this morning then nothing since but had to leave for work.

I'll see what happens tonight- If I get another- (905)-912-024_ will have a busy evening....

Just read the whole thread. WTF! Hope you get the harassment stopped. As tempting (understatement I am sure) as it is don't do anything rash or you will regret as they seem to have lots of time on their hands to keep this shit up.

Just a quick update from this saga last week....still never found out who it is/was but all harassing calls ceased later that day after a call was placed to the harrassers from Bell Canada. All they would tell me was it was a landlline and they had "dealt with" the female account holder.

This is the first positive experiance I've ever had with Bell....go figure.

Sounds like a good ending! I am sure the caller will try some other way to annoy you sooner or later and since its a female account holder the words.....EX comes to mind!
