wow, what a shitty ordeal, if something like this happens at my dealer the tech would have been fired, and the car fully repaired at the dealer expense, and most likely future discounts to the customer.

i dealt with bmw dealer and dont have a complaint so its not EVERY Bmw dealer that is going to have such a disgusting approach to a serious situation.

This not only apply to dealers...I am sure you have read mechanic at indy shop crashed an expensive car

^^at an indy shop, its overwhelmingly likely that the mechanic himself will be doing a road test, not some kid. Mechanics aren't usually impressed by stock cars, even if they're higher end models, they're just work for them.

Agreed. It must have been a carjockey or something; young kid. Too bad they're giving him such a hard time. I must say, my opinion of BMW is going down more and more everyday, based on customer service stories, and the quality/appeal of their new models.
Can't believe they ruined the 3 series name with the E90.
