vehicle wholesale cost

I'm looking into getting a 1999 bmw 323i.

I wanted to know how much the wholesale value is so I can expect how much to pay in taxes when I go to register the car.

Does anyone know where to look?

wholesale is more like 2.5-3 and resale value (realistic) is 4.5-6.

It's in the UVIP you need before you can register it in your name.
If you are buying private you should probably get the package before buying the car to ensure there are no liens on it. The seller is suppose to provide it, but many don't.
