I think there was already one smaller brick or something in there which caused the bearings on the drum to overheat and start melting...then they threw the big one in and game over

edit: some more fun blowing up an old dryer with a couple of airbags

i thought the washing machine was running on 220v instead of 110v given how fast that thing was spinning.
