they wont fit both the m54 and m56 direct bolt on. Its either or. the exhaust flange is positioned differently for m56 motors such as the m56 2.5 litre and the 2.8 litre. everything from the manifold to the collector are the same but then the pipes change in length and the o2 sensors are also positioned differently. However, they can be made to fit at an exhaust shop for cheap.. the headers pictured actually seem to be the ones for the m56 so you would have to get them converted to work for the m54.

One more question. Are these the same supersprint replicas found on ebay??

Right, I guess they're M54 headers... the description I got is what I wrote, so i'm sorry if it wasn't totally correct.

If they were "real" Supersprints, I wouldn't be asking $450.00 for them. I don't know who makes them.

No such thing as m56 2.8 litre. Only 2.5 and you won't find an M56 north of the border unless someone imported it but you'd be insane to do that.

How do you pass emissions with these? Im guess you will need high flow cats which are big bucks and that will probably still light up the dash?

you should pass emission no problem, and you don't need high flow cats, even if you do, they're not big bucks, and it shouldn't turn on the check engine light.
