So I drop my M3 off to get a few things done at RMP, including figuring out why the A/C isn't working. I think the A/C just needs to be recharged but I'm just guessing. I leave it their spotless shop most of the week because I'm out of town and I know Rocco won't leave it outside, especially if it's raining
Friday nite I'm getting in late so I tell them to just leave the car out front and I'll pick it up on my way from the airport. I think they were as concerned as I was about leaving the car outside. Lauren calls me again that nite to let me know Rocco would be in part of the day on Saturday and I could pick it up then but I said it would be okay.
To top it off, they even checked in with me on the Saturday to make sure the car was fine. Now that's what I call service!
