Rim and tire combo size?

Hello all,

I would like to run the following set up for my 1998 M3

Beyern "Rapp" wheels

18x9.5 45 offset in the rear

18x8.5 45 offset in the front.

Their are other offset sizes listed on the Beyern website if above offset is not correct.

First question:

Will these rims fit? Do I need to roll the fenders?

Second question:

What tire size should I use?

Thanks in advance for you comments
