The wheels look awsome on the car, I just dont know about the colour. The bimmer has a very classy look to it, and then the wheels kind of throw it off.... Id like to see some pics when the suspension has been set to its permanent spot!!!

Great thread!

I dont think your understanding what people are "feeling" about this. It has nothing to do with the wheels, or the car being ugly. I think it's more of a dark blue car, with pink wheels. The colours dont flow aswell as say when she had the pink wheels on her golf.

I debated picking up a second set of rs to paint some wackie colour so that I could have 2 different looks to the car...... Regardless you know what your doing! lol

Some other pics my buddy DeathLens (Matt) on VWVortex took at a local meet this past Friday... 4X2? lol

Thanks Jay, I dunno why but I like the colour combination the most! If I could change anything it would be the offsets in the rear but that is impossible w/o buying another set of wheels and at this point I'm not splitting anything else!

I like the way it looks a lot I spent months thinking about a colour for these ones and finally just said screw it I like the pink too much, if I change it later it won't be for a looooong time.

Think I just saw you (around 8-9 PM) heading north bound on Weston Rd. by Rutherford? Definitly a head turner. The pink flows nicly with the blue. Like the originality .

Thanks buddy, I was picking up a Z3 M coupe rear wheel... :o Not for me..

The coils went in today but we played it safe and spun them all the way up... They're the same height as stock... Oh well... The only place to go now is down! Coils are not a permanent thing either just to have in until the brackets for rear bags are made.

It looks much better with the top down at night.

The first pictures you posted didn't look so hot, maybe thats why ppl were hating.
For some reason i didn't even recognize you had a cabrio from the first set of pics.

Silver is boring? So a pink wheel gets you excited?
