Thats why you should always have a fire extinguisher in the car...That $30 investment could have saved your car! Almost the same thing happened to me 3 years ago; in my driveway the car was a bit hard to start and I could smell the gas, I shut it off and open the hood to see my fuel line cracked and gas spraying all over, all I can say its I was lucky it happened then, not 10 min later when the engine was hot...
Ah Filip - you're making me feel guilty / stupid for not being able to save my car! I should have shut it off when I first smelt that gas ... What was I thinking - or maybe I just wasn't thinking at all ...
