GT4 Revival

In honour of the recent announcement that Grand Turismo 5 will be launched this November, I dusted off my copy of GT4, hooked up the steering wheel and pedals, rolled down the 120-inch screen, and took the old F1 car out for a spin.

Did a couple laps of the Nurburgring. After some warming up, here are my best times:
  • 6:04
  • 5:56
  • 5:49

I'm pretty sure this car could do it in 5:38.. but the steering fights back so hard I can't handle it after the second lap..

And tonight I got 5:46 on the first hot lap. All following laps ended in disaster
I'm just trying to burn some free time while I have it in these last few days before our second baby arrives.

...oh and I know I can't do any better now, because in true Senna qualifying style I crashed as I crossed the line - just to get a better time
