meh, it's not all that bad, I know one of these days I'm not gonna have cash on me though so you'll see me panhandling for a quarter while prairie dogging it.

Smart idea to be honest. When you have to go and restaurants want you to pay like Tim Hortons in order to use the restroom, a quarter seems like a nice deal.

I've used these in Europe. It's not like all shitters will become for money. But it's nice to be able to pay a quarter or whatever to use a clean public washroom.

heres an article on these toilets. They are self cleaning and has a climate control (so i guess it's heated and a/c'd?)
I was thinking about this before reading the article. This would make it convenient for hookers lol
"Among the cities scrutinized was Seattle, whose experience with the public loos was less than favourable. The free-of-charge units were reportedly taken over by prostitutes and drug addicts.
After spending four years and several million dollars on the toilets, the U.S. city pulled the plug on the project and had the units removed."

I'd rather pay a quarter to use a clean public washroom than think about using a typical fast food public washroom.

I dunno, that doesn't really bother me.... how is this a new low for revenue? Are you being forced to use the toilet? It's not like they removed all free toilets and replaced them with pay toilets. I would sooner use one of these then use some of the facilities I've seen around the city..... ****, sometimes I think I'll catch aids from some of the public shitters I've been in.
Not sad. Helpful.
