Assuming your link is actually bolted to the trailing arm and the sway bar I don't think the geometry will allow the swaybar link to hit the CV shaft. If you were to massively bottom out the sway bar MIGHT rub the CV shaft... but at that point other things have probably already broken

Just to clarify what you're talking about...

Maybe you meant half-shaft instead of driveshaft?

yes, i mean the half-shaft
the linkage that connect the sway bar and trailing arm touch the half-shaft

Your sway bar could be installed incorrectly maybe?
Could be a torn mount?
Could be a number of things...

Take a few pics and post them if you can. That'll help us diagnose your problem.

Does it do it when your in like 3rd gear coming to a roll so you don't have to up-shift so much? I did that once and my car knocked from the back but I believe is was the Diff just knocking about. I know I need to change my CV joints =\

Upper shock mounts could be a cause of knocking on bumpy roads, although that wouldn't cause scratching of the 1/2 shaft. Exhaust also runs under 1/2 shaft, is it loose?
