To be honest i was hoping someone on here would give me an idea on the repair cost for the rail, i know it's difficult without seeing the car in person but even a ballpark figure would have helped me to decide. It also needs work on the brakes and there is a cheap looking spoiler on the front covering some rust on the front panel (don't know how much).
When i called the owner for a second look at the car with my mechanic, he wasn't very cooperative saying that i wouldn't be able to see it during the week because he worked until six. I explained the frame problem to my mechanic and he told me not to buy it.
Original price for the car was $5000 with the extra parts that he has and $4000 for just the car, so someone could probably get it for around $3500.
