First and foremost, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused while trying to place orders. We are going through many changes including new employees. Here are a list of employees that are more than happy to help you out with any MaxBimmer discounted order.

When placing orders:
You can hold it by prepaying using a creditcard. Because of recent credit card scams, we are tightening up on security. We can no longer accept credit cards over email or PM. So in a case that you wanted to purchase regularly stocked items. You can call ahead and make sure we have it in stock, and then come in and grab em. If it is a special order part which is now classified as a part that we do not stock, it will need to be prepaid for. You can call in and pay with a credit card. The most important thing is to make sure you receive a pickup/invoice number for your reference. If our guys are busy, they may forget to tell you, if you could please remind them by kindly asking that would be amazing!! Its alot easier looking to see if parts arrived if we have some sort of reference.
Backorder Germany: 2-3 weeks
Factory Backorder Germany: with a FBG part, BMW needs to make this part from scratch. So we never know when it will come in, the best we can do is to keep emailing BMW and asking them for an ETA.
We require ownership and a drivers license before ordering any keys, we do not accept fax. Keys NEED to be ordered in person and need to be prepaid for. When keys are being picked up, the original invoice must be present otherwise you may be turned down. Again this is only for security purposes. There is alot of liability involved with keys and we definatley do not want your keys in the wrong hands. We WILL call you when the keys arrive so make sure you give the advisor that is placing your order the best way to contact you.
