It looks like your a few years ahead of me in terms of building a Dakar track rat. I still have a couple more years of DD to get through

Dude, you soooo need to start hitting the Trillium schools!!!
You want to see and learn about fully built E36's then that's where you need to be!!!
Ask Scott about doing 136 MPH on the back strait on a ride along!!!

RE: Oil pump nut, there's a solution from VAC motorsports. I'm gonna order the E46 version prob. near end summer if you can wait (maybe we can get a better deal..)

^Im thinking of doing the same but keep reading that once the nut is secure the stress gets transfered to the pump shaft which then shears off! Sometimes I wonder if we're just too paranoid..
