That guy is awesome. He posts on pretty much every E30 forum, the way he posts is amusing too. I love how detailed he gets on everything. Only thing I had a gripe with was that he used copper lines for the brakes lines...

Copper lines for brake lines? really? Kind of smart because the whole rust issues but I dunno about it... He really went to town on the resto to completely gut it and all and get it seled (I hope) then primed and painted.

I figured you would like him, given your stance on rusty e30s and how to repair them.

Posts like those make me wish I still had my e30, but if I ever get one again I want to be in a position to cut no corners and I am not there.

oh so sick
...and yeah only down side I can see with copper is that if it's not coated it will oxidize and look ugly green under the car.

LoL i was reading thru his transmission rebuild on page 13, and he is ****ing hilarious.
