Well then you should be able to find one no problems right?

I haven't seen anyone asking 18k for an e36 m3 in a long time, except for the one on bf.c in the US with like 30k miles or something like that.
Fact is, look at the current cars on the market (In the GTA). They range from $9-12k. and i haven't seen any with less than 200k.
So your probably looking for a unicorn to think you'll find something with low mileage and your long laundry list of things you want done to it.
If you want a really mint one than what your seeing, you should expect to pay another 2-3k over what you see on the market.
But yea, goodluck with that, hopefully a unicorn does pop up, then i guess you'll have to beat the other 3-4 people looking for one? or hope they don't outbid you.
Edit: Actually i did find one for close to 18k, i hadn't seen this one before:
If it does have less than 100k like the ad says, then you should go make an offer of around 15k.
