I totally agree. Hopefully I might get lucky.

I used to own a 95 Dakar yellow M3 which I sold to Jay. Moved onto an S2000 which I recently sold last year. Now in the market for an old school M3 to clench my thirst. Lol.

Indeed. By any chance you'll part out the BBS CHs?

For all the shit that people say about the e36 m3 and how they'll never be collectible or in demand.... I haven't seen a low KM minty one here for some time, BUT have seen about 3 or 4 members lining up to buy the first one that comes around! Even Low KM US cars are rare now!

Good Luck With your search!

Thats because these members want to pay $10-11k for a low mileage mint car. Which probably isn't going to happen.

I guess they don't really want a car, or they can't put money where their mouth is.

its all about what the market will pay. The days of 18k e36 m3's is long gone

unless you find some super low mileage , garage kept mint example.
it may be sad for current owners(soon to be one) but the market has tanked for these cars. (and rightfully so in most cases)

Well then you should be able to find one no problems right?
Instead of having to wait months.

I haven't seen anyone asking 18k for an e36 m3 in a long time, except for the one on bf.c in the US with like 30k miles or something like that.
Fact is, look at the current cars on the market (In the GTA). They range from $9-12k. and i haven't seen any with less than 200k.

So your probably looking for a unicorn to think you'll find something with low mileage and your long laundry list of things you want done to it.
If you want a really mint one than what your seeing, you should expect to pay another 2-3k over what you see on the market.

But yea, goodluck with that, hopefully a unicorn does pop up, then i guess you'll have to beat the other 3-4 people looking for one? or hope they don't outbid you.

Edit: Actually i did find one for close to 18k, i hadn't seen this one before:

If it does have less than 100k like the ad says, then you should go make an offer of around 15k.

I'm not upset, i actually find it funny to read all your posts for the last couple months that you haven't found a car yet. Yet you seem to be an expert on what m3s should sell for.

I have a pretty good idea.
And the fact that every car ive walked away from hasnt sold just reinforces my stance.

The cars that go quickly here or anywhere else are priced right(pretty obvious statement yes).
Ones still kickin around are still around for one giant reason. Over priced for what it is.

I have settled on a car to fyi.
