its to plain jane, if it had some nice 18" rims id say HOT, but still not as hot as my 68hp 89 golf diesel....but what can you do

nice VR6 conversion, if this is the german version (24V engine) it should rock! Exterior is a bit plain but it's a sleeper. Height wise, it's a bit too low and it should be using really stiff shocks. Balance wise, there should be quite a bit of understeer but I can see some of the heavy stuffs have been moved away (assumed trunk) but weren't totally balanced. They might have tuned the suspension extensively, especially on the MK II chassis if it's for track use. For street use, ride should be a bit harsh, but chassis reinforcements seems to be done up nicely, so this thing should be pretty amazing!

I know a kid who did the same thing. That shit is quick. I havent seen him latley but i can ask him how much he payed fr his vr6 conversion. He actually wanted to race me too.

I'd love to have that car, I like the rims, but they'd have to be a darker shade of grey IMO to really keep the sleeper look.
I've always been a VW fan, I still wanna find a decent Rabbit GTi as a winter beater (once I have cash).

thats why its called a sleeper.... on the outside doesent look that mean..but then when u look at the engine...its a beast..
