Question Lots of smoke come out after Valve Cover Gasket DIY

Yesterday, I Replace the Valve Cover Gasket and Spark Plugs on the M44 Engine. Like this : http://www.318ti.org/forum/showthread.php?t=12007

This morning, I tested drive. Lots of smoke come out from exhaust pipe. What's wrong?

If I drop something into the spark plug holes, what will happen ?

you already had oil sitting on top of spark plugs and when you took the plugs out, the oil fell on top of the cylinders and is burning off at this point.

depend what you drop in there, if it's liquid it will just get burned off. If it's metal, it will stay in there until you remove it, get a slim magnet and pull it out.
