Anyone know any cheap buses to New York?
Hey, does anyone know about any buses that go Toronto to NYC and back for cheap? I know there's one that I've heard referred to as the "Russian bus" that departs from the Shoppers/Price Chopper plaza at Bathurst & Cedarcroft.
Anyone know more about that one? Any other good deals?

I remember someone once mentioned to me there there's some bus that costs $40 or $50 round trip. The only problem is that I don't remember who told me about it, lol.

Thats probably the MegaBus, but it doesn't go across the border. It's like 50$ round trip to Montreal and it has WiFi.

Consider the train from either Toronto or Buffalo to NYC. Amtrak runs from either and the rates are very reasonable. Much more comfortable as well. They have plugs seatside for laptop etc. (not sure about wifi). You can get up and move around, go to the bar car etc. Much more civilized. I took the train from NYC to Buffalo a couple of years ago when the airports were all shut down due to snow. It was something like $50 and wasn't a bad way to travel at all.

Haha... I actually just got back from NYC last night. I ended up flying there on a free Air Miles flight. Although I want to keep track of a cheap way to get there in the future. That city is awesome!
