Foaming wheel cleaner

I remember a few years ago Canadian Tire sold this foaming aerosol wheel cleaner that just ate through brake dust, road gunk and everything else that makes wheels nasty. Now I can only find liquids in spray bottles that can't even begin to remove brake dust and barely remove everything else. Where can I get some decent wheel cleaner now?

The BMW cleaner from the dealer. Seriously. It's also cheaper than most stuff at CT.
