On the topic of course difficulty, after a few years off I was able to make confident sense of 95% of it with one slow run and John navigating. They used to be a lot more confusing, I'd say; you guys are doing a great job. Will be interesting to see what happens if/when a new venue is secured.

How was the BBQ?

I was late so I missed the walk around, had no idea where to go the first run lol. But after watching the cars its pretty easy to pick up where to go after that, except for that one gate on the left after you finish the loop the second time, that one messed me up every time

The barbeque was good, Rich did a great job cooking, except for the bit where he tried to smoke us all out lol

Giles demonstration of injectors was cool, conveniently he had a set that came off M20s and NV M50s (i think). It was cool watching them at 12000 rpm. However, I now realize that the M20 injectors dont atomize very well at all, so just when I thought I was done spending money...

Hi all, I'm glad to hear all of you had such a great time. In regards to the course layout, by the end, all of you had it figured out, and were pulling some decent times. A BIG thing with autocrosses is being able to learn the course asap. That's the challenge. More attention should be paid for the walkthru, (unless you miss it Graeme) and get rides with others first, and watch as much as you can to learn it. This was one of the simplest layouts I've done, (just a heads up). If you make the course too easy, the experienced guys will just be posting ridiculously fast times right off of the get go, and the runs will be too short.

Richie you fail, you went the wrong way in that video on the way back throught the last loop. Going out was clockwise, and coming back, should've been counter clockwise, but you went clockwise again!

Hey Sam, don't worry you were there in spirit, especially helping out a few esteemed members that broke their tricycle. So it's all good, and we should see you on the 16th of May, which is our next event. Don't forget we'll also be at Mosport on the 25th of April, then again at Mosport on the 1st and 2nd if you want to get in on some action.

LOL. I know I watched the Lexus go before me do the same thing and it messed me up!!
