ROB89M3, wrong again?

i was talking to rob89m3, about his friends civic

his car has intake, exhaust, lowered, and a system...isnt that modded? brings the value down also doesnt it (without inlcuding the system because we aint taking it)???

he wants 8G...thats too much for a 93 civic hatch Si, with an intake, exhaust, lowering job, and a system...would you guys say $3200 is fair without the system? because you can easily find a civic hatch with new paint, c/f parts (hood, jdm spoiler etc), JDM motor (sir or gsr), rims lowered, system, leather for aournd 9grand.

duno

not to burst ur bubble or anything, someone told me that it doesn't matter really how much KMs u got, even if u bought a new car, once you drive it out of the lot, the value of the car is already lowered.

tho i don't know that much. I may be wrong.

but low KMs = GOOD(it's a plus)

As a used car salesman, Kilometers is veeeeeeeerrry important to buyers. I have my 1988 CRX with low mileage. It's a bonus cuz teh car drives so nice. I'm sure if the car had higher mileage, there would be problems with it. Unless you were doing an engine conversion, then mileage doesn't matter, only condition of body.

There isn't......
you can only get a K-Mac rear urethane trailing arm bushing that allows you to adjust the toe/camber on the rear.....it's not a kit though, just a bushing....

Finally.. some action on maXBimmer.. things were getting boring!

Lowering civics means nothing. You can get coilovers for like $300 for those cars.
Low KMs is a different story.

for a 93 with those kms, expect to pay $5500-$7000 for it.
heres a pic of a sweet paintjob.

coilovers are selling on toronto civics $100 from a group buy...and good ones (sorta).

Rob, i hope it doesnt got sticky tires...it'll make it even slower!

what is used to lower it? new shocks? wat kind?no one my bro's age buys a civic to get to work and back as it is, it will most likely have a set of GSR rims, and an sir motor during the summer.

also, AS a honda sales man, you should know 125k is nothing for a well maintaned honda..right?

also your civic is over priced, lower it like a grand MIGHT get you some sales. I know your a sales man and u sell more hondas than me (i hope lol) but quit trying to make a buck off some kid who worked hard for his money, who might buy your car. not everyone has parents to buy them cars, or gets hand me downs like you did.
