Any hook ups for home reno stuff?
Hi All,
Doing some home reno's - need some hook ups!!
1. Person to install potlights (3 interior, 8 exterior)
2. Place where I can buy thin stone veneer - doing a stone wall in the house
3. apart from home depot - somewhere I can rent a wet tile saw, for cheaper then home depot - seems step at $75 for a day...
4. company that is well suited to do tankless water heaters.
Thanks,
Deep

Tile saws go on sate at CT frequently for $59, decent enough unit for DIY use.

there is a place on the bridge just west of Lansdowne, on Dundas street, that rents tools out.. Dont know how much it will cost you.... There is also another place on Sauroren and Dundas that rents tools as well. I dont know the names of these places though.

Thanks Mike - I'll keep a watch to see if it goes on sale - no point renting for $75 when I could own the thing!
Sirex - Not being a dick here - that's not exactly helpful...

Only job I need a contractor for should be the tankless - the potlight installation - just found a guy at $70 interior and $100 exterior. Licensed, etc. Seems reasonable.

Deep... if you need a tile saw, I've got one. You can borrow it if you like.

Sweet! Thanks Tom! and a nice bonus that you are all of, what, 250 meters from me?
I wanna get the potlights installed first (in case the walls have to be cut or anything like that, but from what I've been told, they won't have to do that)
Once I do that, I'll be in touch.
Thanks!!!
Deep

Oh - What size blade do you have? I'm using it to cut the thin stone veneer, so I need a decent sized blade as the stone can be as thick as 1.5" at the thickest points.

Haven't gotten any quotes yet - looking for someone reliable. I see Mr. Tankless everywhere, but I also see LOTS of complaints online about them, so I'm staying away.

Ahh - Well played!
Here's the difference - I misspelt it once. I know what the true words spelling is. I honestly don't believe you knew that imput was the incorrect word.
Give it up - you were the butt of a joke - if you just accept it and move on, you'll be a happier person. Holding a grudge will just make you a bitter, bitter old man

All I'm saying is once is a typo... twice in the same sentence is questionable...
If it's ****ing stupid, then drop it! I didn't bring it up - did I?
