Do these perform fine in the dry? Once they wear down, do they still have some life?

You'll burn them out in 20min if there is no water on the track. Even in damp conditions they'll just burn up. They need standing water to stay cool. However, in the wet they are AWESOME! Ridiculous how much grip there is with these.

They're usless once the tread is half gone, but it takes a long time to get there (can get a full season out new ones).
