Process of Buying a car in USA

Hi there,

Has anyone here bought a BMW from Florida I found a BMW there its in Lakeland, FL I am in Toronto and I am wondering how to bring the car to Canada
and if anyone can help me with the process. I need someone who went through the process to help me out.

check out www.riv.ca for list of admissable vehicles and go from there. Copy of title needs to be at US Customs 3 business days before importing to Canada so they can check it for liens. Pay GST and air tax at Canada Customs and RIV fee. Not sure of current process for obtaining Recall Clearance Letter, check RIV website.

Thanks but is there a company that can do all the leg work for you? When its all said and done you can pick it up at the border and pay any fees that are outstanding? Just dont have time to fly and do all the run around right now...

please advise if such a company exists?
