Need E36 convertible owners Help!!!

Hi,

I have a 1998 328iC convertible, and I have the hardtop on it.

The other day I was washing the car and on the passenger side and driver side water started to pour right in. between the A arm and the hard top roof meet.

I checked and it seems to be on properly.

Does anyone knows what it could be?

Thanks for the help in advanced.

you might need to adjust your hard top. I need to do this as well.

I think the "claws" that hold the hard top to the window frame have an adjustment on them.

I guess you don't know how to adjust them?

no, sorry. I kept meaning to do it but it was cold and I'm a sissy. I made it all winter without doing it and now the hard top is in the roof of my garage.

How is your soft top? Mine is water tight so I'm assuming it's the hard top that has the issue.

Well I am hoping it's alright, I may just take it off and worry about near the end of fall, but it may haunt me until then LOL.
