wtt my e36 328 for a e36 m3

I have a 1996 328is that I am thinking of changing to a m3 but I am wondering if anyone would be willing to trade? obviously I would give you some money on top.

The car has a front lip, eyelids, clear front corners and side markers, xxr 006 18 inch rims and a sound system.
