I like the forte better too, but that doesn't in itself make the corolla a bad car.
I hope this recall has more unexpected bumps, i might buy a toyota if i can get it cheap enough.

Its not a bad car no, but i can't get past its lethargic interior, exterior and performance.

Yah, I guarantee that they will step it up when the redesign comes. interior+exterior and performance.
Did you guys drive the new focus? Same class, but it is a really nice car. They really changed it up when the redesign came along.

Toyota may have fuc up by not doing a total recall but the US media is really milking the fact that the main competition for american cars is having a public relation meltdown.In asia and most of europe sales hasnt really been impacted by the problem and in Canada sales are actually waaaay up.My opinion is the same for most Japanese cars,they are well build and reliable and as boring as watching paint dry.If I needed a everyday car a Toyota be on my short list of cars.I will NEVER buy a american car ever again.......
