castrol gtx (regular ester oil)

monday - thurs 8:00 - 5:30
friday 8:00 - 4:00

uh that sucks, can someone here do me a favour and pick up 7litres of oil and filter for my 02 330ci if you are going to pick up for youself? i live in mississauga (britannia and mavis) and will pay you cash. i just cant go before 5:30  . pm me and i'll give you my number to arrange for this.

if you have access to a fax machine, i can fax you over a pre auth visa/mc form. You can fill it out and i can charge it to your visa or m/c. Then you can pick it up from reception. They are here till 6:30.
Just p.m. Me your fax #, tell me what you need, ill get it done.
Just when you come in please have your visa with you .

I should perhaps post this in the vendor feedback forum but I'm just going to drop it here-- I went in to Maranello yesterday to take advantage of this special and had a wholly positive experience.
The prices were as advertised, with no up sell on anything else. Mike and the other guy I talked to at the parts desk were very friendly, and Mike gave me lots of his time to look up other prices and make sure I was getting the right filter for my car, etc. Finally, he put up with me scoffing at all the demo fuh raze carbon fiber bits being put on an autotragic 1-series without reminding me that my dirty 20yr old 4-banger was probably reducing the property value of the whole place temporarily 8-p.
Seriously though, I'll come back to Mike@Maranello when I need or want OEM equipment as long as he remains committed to supporting the community-- an attribute sorely lacking at many dealers unless they need a photo-op.
