New Tires Slipping

Just got a staggered winter tire put on by Costco for my 2011 335xi mpkg.

Blizzak ws80

Rear: 255 35 18
Front: 225 40 18

When braking on the highway going at 100KM+ on a dry road that has been cleaned up or a bit of snow on it, my tires seem to slip to the right every time.

I don't see any lights (ABS) etc. coming up to indicate any issues.

Has anyone else experienced this or know why this happens? The summer staggered tires did not do this.

The WS80 is directional; I wonder if they installed some of the tires on backwards?

I did have this happen in slow snowy conditions when I paired different brands of snow tires of the same size (Michelin + Bridgestone). I have also used a slight stagger of 225 front + 235 rear without any issues.

By "slip" do you mean pull? Sounds like alignment issues. Anytime you put new tires with old alignment you will see a difference in vehicle behavior...
