got to be more specific. There are numerous styles and mfg of lip spoliers....First of all; front or rear lip spolier? Pics next please (unless rear trunk lip spolier).....

you may be a little high.... you can get brand new painted rear lip spoilers for less than $50 Canadian shipped from eBay (painted to all BMW colours). See link http://cgi.ebay.ca/Painted-BMW-E46-r...item27aefb62e7

I've bought the eBay version for a buddy and it was great

I recently picked-up a BMW OEM rear deck spoiler wing for $60 in mint condition. A more likey price for your spoiler would be $30 - $50....

sorry man wasn't trying to knock your price lower, but this is a fickle crowd and they know the pricing out there.... This way, you may actually sell it.....
