single din with navigation, bluetooth

I'm looking for a single din head unit - yes I drive an e30.

The must haves:
- 7" screen
- Navigation
- Bluetooth phone integration
- 3 pre outs

The nice to haves:
- Bluetooth audio streaming
- USB hard drive
- traffic

I've just started looking but I am considering the following units:
- Pioneer AVIC N5
- Kenwood KVT 614
- Eclipse AVN-7000

Any other units I should look at? Anyone have experience with the units above?

My buddy has an AVIC N5 and its a really nice system. the GUI doesn't look that great but then again thats like every other deck.. Have you considered running a carPC? you'll get everything in that list except you only get up to 2 pre outs.

I'm avoiding the Car PC route - I want something with more instant gratification.
