anyone upgraded to CSL v1 front bumper on a coupe / convertible?

I have a '02 330ci vert with stock sports package. Have been looking to upgrade the front bumper to CSL v1 with CF splitters. Just curious if anyone has done similar upgrade before, and will it look OK without upgrading the side skirts / rear bumper?

Thanks.

It looks just that: "okay." Get the rear and sides if you can, it totally changes the car! I also think the CSL front is too aggressive looking to combo with the non-MTech sides and rear. The car will have a wicked front end, but then be totally unmatched from other angles. Just my $0.02

Here is an example of mine with MTech front with stock sides and rear.

vs now (I know the wheels make a huge difference, but try to look past them for this purpose lol):

No prob. I know it's a shitty situation with the E46 coupes/verts. No one makes a replica MTech rear or sides, only fronts. It doesn't leave you with any choice except to go OEM (Can you say $$$!!). Keep an eye out on the E46Fanatics exterior/Part-out section or even eBay for OEM rear and sides. I lucked out and found a dealership in Atlanta that sold me the rear for around 5 bills shipped. Was a good deal at the time, lol.
