NAV/DVD player in one unit ?

Does anyone know if BMW makes a NAV/DVD player in one unit? The units I have been looking at say DVD on them but they don't play DVD disks, Just The Nav disk that is in some sort of DVD format. Am I just Dreaming that BMW made this all in one unit?

My Range Rover is a DVD nav-what that means is a DVD runs the program for the nav, I put the DVD under the drivers seat and change the DVD every few years for new maps. Not for movies its a program.

I don't believe there is anything like what you are looking for that is made by BMW. There is the NAV which as you stated uses maps that are on DVD media but will not play movie DVDs.
