what the eff!!! i had to have mine tested 3 time before it passed. changed all fluids, spark plugs, threw in a bit of stop smoke, tune up, and new cat and pipes.

what year is your car? i have an '01 and just looked at last summer's emission test. i also have many 0's a 0.01...everything close to the not even an issue level.

94 e36. after the work done to pass the e-test i have very low readings though.
