I'm not sure I follow you...
Did you find this car at a BMW dealership or was it an independent used car lot??

^ My thoughts exactly. Maybe he meant the car gets cranky in the cold?

Sorry to make all you confused. My English sucks.Yeah I meant the car gets CRANKY in the cold weather. It has been reacquired by a BMW manufacturer (the term is Lemon law buy backs). Now it is in a used car lot. I dont know much about the car so I need some advices. Is it a serious problem. If you need more details , let me know i will post it. Thanks for your helps.

^^^ if its been deemed a "Lemon" then I absolutely would steer clear of this car if you have not already made the mistake of purchasing it.
Find another BMW that is in better shape.

Advice is forget this 335 unless you get it for a dollar(j/k),
"Is it a serious problem" ya... serious enough that the lemon law was invoked.. and you do know why its called the Lemon law, right?
Move on .. pay a bit more and get a better 335...

^^^ or coil pack, perhaps... also supposedly a common issue...
BUT in any case, dbworld4k is totally right (you don't hear me say that often, eh Anuk? lol!!)... definitely run the hell away from that car!

I encountered the same problem when purchasing my 335i. I had found one that had no warranty for quite a good deal but it had been in an accident.. Although it looked flawless, the potential problems that may have lay waiting, I did not want to have to worry about things going wrong. I'm so happy that I bought a certified series from an actual BMW dealership, now that I'm halfway through warranty. Any problem I've encountered BMW has taken terrific care of me.
Are you looking to purchase a coupe or a sedan?

You can get a CPO at 1.9% financing for up to 60 months, with a 160k or 6 yr extended warranty. With that deal, why bother with a used car lot?
