i need help resizing a pic please help

can anyone help me.i wanna resize this pic to a bigger resolution wihtout having it all pixelated but whenever i resize in psp it looks pixelated is there any way to making it bigger without the distortion?

u can't make it any bigger without it getting pixelated. unless it's saved as an high quality file which it isn't. but i might be wrong

what i would suggest is. since it's scanned if u scanned it in try scanning each view seperatly and then u can zoom in more with the scanner.

yeah that was a drawing that i drew a while back,i based it on my car,but my car is all bone stokc so i decided to draw it up as close as of detail i possibly could and then add alot of mods to it.Here's anther one i drew up for my friend.This one is all wheel drive,lol as you can tell.
